Last updated: May 3, 2026. Contact: support@termigpt.tech.

Acceptance

By accessing or using WaitTime Intelligence API, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

API accounts and keys

  • You are responsible for keeping API keys secure and for activity under your account.
  • Do not publish API keys in public repositories, frontend code, screenshots, logs, or shared documents.
  • We may revoke, rotate, suspend, or limit keys to protect the service or other users.
  • You must provide accurate registration and billing information.

Plans, quotas, and feature access

Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans may include different quotas and feature access. Current public defaults:

  • Free: 100 requests per day for testing and prototypes.
  • Starter: 10,000 requests per month, forecasts, and nearby alternatives.
  • Pro: 100,000 requests per month and batch predictions.
  • Business: custom limits and terms agreed separately.

We may change plan limits for future subscriptions or to prevent abuse. Existing customers will receive reasonable notice of material paid-plan changes where practical.

Billing

Paid checkout and subscription management may be handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attack, overload, scan, scrape excessively, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not bypass rate limits, authentication, plan restrictions, or security controls.
  • Do not use the API for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Do not send highly sensitive data unless a written agreement explicitly allows it.
  • Do not resell or expose the API as a competing service without written permission.

Customer data and submitted reports

You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to process it, operate the API, enforce quotas, provide support, secure the service, and improve predictions. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and notices needed for data you send to the service.

Prediction limitations

Wait-time predictions are estimates. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by data quality, events, opening hours, customer behavior, or other factors. Do not use the API as the sole basis for emergency, medical, safety-critical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update endpoints, documentation, models, features, or pricing. We will try to avoid unnecessary breaking changes and communicate important changes when practical.

Intellectual property

The service, documentation, models, code, design, and branding remain owned by their respective owners. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the API according to your plan and these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal risk, violation of these terms, or material harm to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
